Do you know if there is any place on "the web" where I can get a listing of everyone involved with the 69-70 team (not the 70-71 team)? I do not remember all of the players names, equipment managers, water boys, or whatever. But going by memory there were many players on the 69 team who either quit, transferred, or dropped out of school or something. Several of the names I do remember were not listed with the unfortunate airplane crash casualties. |

Do you have any record of a Tom Mulhiesan(???)
who played in 1969? He was from New Jersey and played catcher I believe. He
roomed on the same floor of South Hall as me in 69 & 70. He was a real
"Cracker Jack". Our nickname for him was "Jersey". He
trashed West Virginia the first several months of 69. But one weekend I
think it was, we took him to Charleston and drove by the state capital at
night. From that day on he had nothing but good things to say about WV and
all of us fellow students. He was "In Awe" of the capital. From
what I remember about him he was a real good card player. I should know we
played for hours on the weekend! I think his father was a policeman in New
Jersey.
Also there was a football player in 69 and I think his name was Tony (or Anthony) Angelo. If memory serves me right he played on the line. Do you have any information on him? I fully understand it would be a lot of work but I was just wondering if it would be possible for you or someone to go back on your web page and list all of the players listed in football, baseball, and basketball rosters from about 1965 through the current seasons????????? |
